In the global market, pepper prices today saw slight declines only in Indonesia.

Specifically, the price of black pepper Lampung in Indonesia dropped by 0.14%, reaching $ 7,254/ton, while white pepper Muntok also fell by 0.14% to $ 10,237/ton.

Meanwhile, black pepper Kuching ASTA from Malaysia remains at $ 9,800/ton, and white pepper ASTA from the country is priced at $ 12,300/ton.

In Brazil, black pepper ASTA 570 is trading at $ 6,900/ton.

In Vietnam, export prices for black pepper declined, with the 500 g/l type trading at $ 7,000/ton and the 550 g/l type at $7,200/ton. Similarly, white pepper exports remain at $ 10,000/ton.

Global pepper prices today mainly remain stable, with a slight decrease in Indonesia.

According to data from Vietnam Customs, in February, Vietnam's pepper exports reached 14,345 tons with a value of $97.2 million, marking a 10.7% increase in volume and 11% in value compared to the previous month. This also represents a 7.2% increase in volume and 79.1% in value compared to the same period last year.

Thus, global pepper prices on March 13, 2025, have decreased slightly in Indonesia compared to yesterday.

In Gia Lai, the price has increased by VND 1,500, trading at VND 158,500/kg.

Traders in Dong Nai are still purchasing pepper at VND 159,000/kg, an increase of VND 2,000.

The price of pepper in Ba Ria-Vung Tau today also increased by VND 2,000, reaching VND 159,000/kg.

Similarly, traders in Binh Phuoc are conducting transactions at VND 159,000/kg.

Thus, the domestic pepper price on March 13, 2025, is trading around VND 157,000 - 158,500/kg.
