Coffee prices

In the world market, coffee prices today, September 4, change oppositely in two large exchanges.

After the latest session, the Robusta coffee futures price in ICE Futures Europe (London) exchange for November 2021 contracts is up by US$ 3 per ton at US$ 2,059 per ton and up by US$ 4 per ton at US$ 2,025 per ton for January 2022 contracts.

Conversely, the Arabica coffee futures price in ICE Futures US (New York) for December 2021 contracts is down by Cent 1.35 per pound at Cent 193.0 per pound and down by Cent 1.35 per pound at Cent 195.7 per pound for March 2022 contracts.

In the domestic market, coffee prices today, September 4, move sideways compared to yesterday.

Specifically, coffee prices today in Di Linh, Bao Loc, and Lam Ha districts of Lam Dong province is VND 39,200 per kilogram.

In Dak Lak province, coffee prices are VND 40,000-40,100 per kilogram.

In Dak Nong, Gia Lai and Kon Tum provinces, coffee is purchased at VND 39,900-40,000 per kilogram.

Pepper prices

In the world market, pepper prices today, September 4, at Kochi exchange (India), keep unchanged compared to the latest session, at INR 41,300 per quintal. India is still temporarily suspending transactions due to no customers due to Covid-19.

In the domestic market, pepper prices are unchanged in most provinces compared to yesterday.

Specifically, the pepper price in Dak Lak and Dak Nong provinces is at VND 74,500 per kilogram.

In Dong Nai province, the pepper price is VND 73,000 per kilogram.

The pepper price is VND 73,500 in Gia Lai province.

The pepper price in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province keeps at the highest of VND 77,000.

The pepper price in Binh Phuoc province keeps at VND 75,500 per kilogram.

In Tokyo Commodity Exchange (TOCOM), the futures rubber price for September 4021 contracts is up by JPY 2.3 at JPY 195.3 per kilogram, up by 2.0 JPY at JPY 199.0 per kilogram for October 2021 contracts, and up by JPY 2.7 at JPY 204.4 per kilogram for November 2021 contracts.

In Shanghai Commodity Futures Exchange (SHFE), the futures rubber price for September 4021 contracts is up by CNY 120 at CNY 12,955 per ton, up by CNY 95 at CNY 12,945 per ton for October 2021 contracts, and up by CNY 95 at CNY 12,920 per ton for November 2021 contracts.

The Import-Export Department (Ministry of Industry and Trade) quoted statistics from the US International Trade Commission as saying that in the first six months of 2021, the US imported 912,350 tons of rubber (HS code 4001, 4002, 4003, 4005), worth price of US$ 1.81 billion, up 3.6% in volume and 16.5% in value over the same period in 2020.

In the domestic, rubber prices are stable compared to yesterday.

Fresh rubber latex prices in Binh Phuoc province range from VND 320-327 per TSC-DRC.

Phu Rieng Rubber One Member Limited Liability Company, Binh Phuoc province, publishes the fresh rubber latex price at VND 325 per TSC-DRC.

In Dak Lak province, the rubber latex price is VND 16,000-18,000 per kilogram, depending on the type.

The fresh IR 50404 paddy price is VND 4,700-5,000 VND per kilogram.

The fresh 8 fragrant paddy is VND 5,600-5,800 per kilogram, increasing by VND 100.

The fresh OM 6976 paddy price is VND 5,100-5,200 per kilogram, increasing by VND 100.

The fresh Japanese paddy price is VND 7,500-7,600 per kilogram.
