On the global market, rubber prices continue their slight downward trend.
At the time of the survey, the price of RSS3 rubber on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange (TOCOM) for May 2025 delivery dropped by JPY 1.15 (0.4%), settling at JPY 326.65/kg.
Meanwhile, on the Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE), the price of natural rubber for June 2025 delivery declined by CNY 55 (0.4%) to CNY 14,520/kg.
In Thailand, the rubber price for June contracts remains unchanged at baht 327.8/kg.
Today, global rubber prices are slightly down in Japan and China, while remaining flat in Thailand. Over the past week, the global latex market saw mixed movements: prices fell by 2.5% in Japan but rose by 1.8% and 2.4% in China and Thailand, respectively.
On May 23, Zhongce Rubber (ZC Rubber), one of China’s leading tire manufacturers, launched its IPO on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE). The company issued 87.45 million shares, accounting for 10% of its charter capital after issuance, aiming to raise 4.85 billion CNY (approximately 596 million euros) to fund five major tire production projects in China and Thailand.

Thus, on May 26, 2025, global rubber prices continued to decline compared to the previous day.
In the domestic market, latex prices remain unchanged from yesterday.
According to the latest listed prices, the purchasing price of raw latex at Mang Yang Company ranges from VND 397 to VND 401/TSC, while coagulated mixed latex is being bought at around VND 359 to VND 409/DRC.
At Ba Ria Rubber Company, the purchase price of fresh latex is VND 462/TSC. Coagulated latex with a DRC content of 35–44% is priced at VND 13,600/kg, and raw latex materials are trading between VND 16,900 and VND 18,200/kg.
The most recent price quotation from Phu Rieng Rubber Company shows the price for mixed latex at VND 405/DRC and fresh latex at VND 440/TSC.
Over the past week, the domestic rubber market saw only a slight increase of VND 5 for mixed latex at Phu Rieng.
Thus, as of May 26, 2025, domestic rubber prices are trading around the range of VND 397 to VND 462/TSC.
