(VAN) Pepper prices on April 22, 2025, remained unchanged globally. Domestic pepper prices declined by VND 500–1,000, trading at VND 154,000–155,000/kg.

Globally, the latest pepper prices on April 22 showed no new changes.

Accordingly, the price of black pepper (Lampung) in Indonesia remained at $ 7,056/ton, while white pepper (Muntok) held at $ 9,641/ton.

In Malaysia, the price of Kuching ASTA black pepper was stable at $ 9,600/ton, and white pepper ASTA maintained its level at $ 12,100/ton.

In the Brazilian market, black pepper ASTA 570 was trading at around $ 6,900/ton.

In Vietnam, the export price of black pepper grade 500 g/l stood at $ 6,800/ton, while grade 550 g/l was priced at $ 6,900/ton. The export price of white pepper remained unchanged at $ 9,800/ton.

Thus, global pepper prices on April 22, 2025, remained stable compared to the previous day.

Similarly, in Gia Lai, pepper prices declined to VND 154,000/kg.

In Dong Nai, traders reduced purchase prices by VND 500, now buying at VND 154,500/kg.

In Ba Ria – Vung Tau, prices also dropped by VND 500 to VND 154,500/kg.

Meanwhile, in Binh Phuoc, traders are transacting at VND 154,000/kg, down by VND 1,000.

Domestic pepper prices today declined by VND 500–1,000, bringing this agricultural product down to the VND 155,000/kg mark.

Thus, domestic pepper prices on April 22, 2025, are being traded in the range of VND 154,000–155,000/kg.
