Specifically, the price of black pepper from Lampung, Indonesia, was recorded at $ 7,078/ton, down 0.55% compared to the previous day. The price of white pepper from Muntok also saw a slight decrease, reaching $ 9,710/ton.

The global pepper market is facing challenges due to declining output in major producing countries such as Indonesia and India. The main reasons include climate change, disease outbreaks, and rising input costs. Although pepper prices have been adjusted downward, consumption demand continues to grow, putting pressure on supply. Vietnam, as a leading pepper supplier, holds a significant advantage in meeting this demand.

In Dak Lak, pepper prices increased by VND 2,000, reaching VND 150,000/kg.
In Dak Nong, the price also rose by VND 2,000 to VND 150,000/kg.
In Gia Lai, pepper prices climbed by VND 1,000 to VND 148,000/kg.
In Ba Ria - Vung Tau, the price went up by VND 1,000 to VND 149,000/kg.
In Binh Phuoc, pepper prices increased by VND 1,000 to VND 149,000/kg.
In Dong Nai, the price rose by VND 1,000 to VND 148,500/kg.
