On the New York exchange, Arabica futures for May 2025 dropped by 0.4 cents (equivalent to 0.1%), falling to 384.00 cents/lb. However, the July 2025 contract increased by 0.45 cents (equivalent to 0.45%), reaching 374.7 cents/lb.

Global coffee prices today showed mixed movements. Initially, Arabica prices rose following a report from Brazil’s meteorological agency, Somar Meteorologia, which stated that Minas Gerais, Brazil’s largest Arabica-growing region, received only 1.1 mm of rainfall in the week ending March 8, equivalent to just 2% of the historical average.

Analysts suggest that if coffee prices remain elevated, consumers may reduce their intake, leading to an oversupply in the market.
Thus, global coffee prices on March 11, 2025, showed slight fluctuations compared to the previous day.
In Vietnam, the coffee market saw a slight increase today.
Specifically, in Lam Dong province, the districts of Di Linh, Bao Loc, and Lam Ha are all trading at VND 130,500/kg.
In Dak Lak province, Cu M'gar district is purchasing coffee at VND 131,300/kg, while Ea H'leo and Buon Ho districts are trading at VND 131,200/kg.
In Dak Nong province, traders in Gia Nghia and Dak R'lap are buying at VND 131,500/kg and VND 131,400/kg, respectively.
In Gia Lai province, Chu Prong district is trading at VND 130,300/kg, while Pleiku and La Grai remain at VND 130,200/kg.
Meanwhile, coffee prices in Kon Tum province are currently at VND 130,200/kg.
Thus, domestic coffee prices on March 11, 2025, are trading around VND 130,300 - 131,500/kg.
