Latest domestic and global coffee prices on 10/30/2024
Globally, both the London and New York exchanges experienced sharp declines on October 30.
On the London exchange, the price of Robusta for January 2025 delivery dropped by $ 104 (equivalent to 2.31%) to $ 4,398/ton. Meanwhile, the March 2025 delivery decreased significantly by $ 98 (equivalent to 2.22%), standing at $ 4,312/ton.
On the New York exchange, the price of Arabica for December 2024 delivery fell by 4.25 cents (equivalent to 1.68%) to 248.1 cents/lb. The March 2025 delivery also saw a sharp drop of 4.1 cents (equivalent to 1.63%), reaching 247.25 cents/lb.

Today, global coffee prices fell sharply as trading positions were closed. A strong USD and minimal impact from Typhoon No. 6 on Vietnam's coffee harvest were key factors driving the market's decline.
Thus, global coffee prices on 10/30/2024 dropped sharply compared to yesterday.
Domestically, the coffee market fell by VND 500 compared to yesterday.
In Lam Dong province, the districts of Di Linh, Bao Loc, and Lam Ha are trading at VND 109,000/kg.
In Dak Lak, Cu M'gar district is purchasing coffee at VND 109,500/kg, while Ea H'leo and Buon Ho districts are trading at VND 109,400/kg.
In Dak Nong province, traders in Gia Nghia and Dak R'lap are trading coffee at VND 109,600/kg and 109,500/kg, respectively.
In Gia Lai province, Chu Prong district is trading at VND 109,300/kg, while Pleiku and La Grai are maintaining a level of VND 109,200/kg.
In Kon Tum, today's coffee purchase price is VND 109,300/kg.
Domestic coffee prices today declined after a slight increase yesterday, as a result, coffee prices have fallen below the 111,000 VND/kg mark.
Thus, on 10/30/2024, domestic coffee prices are trading around VND 109,000 - 109,600/kg.
