Globally, both the London and New York exchanges saw significant increases on October 26.
On the London exchange, Robusta coffee for November 2024 delivery rose by $ 62 (1.42%) to reach $ 4,430/ton, while the January 2025 contract increased by $ 74 (1.71%), reaching $ 4,411/ton.
Meanwhile, on the New York exchange, Arabica coffee for December 2024 delivery surged by 2.95 cents (1.2%) to 248.4 cents/lb, and the March 2025 contract rose by 3.05 cents (1.25%) to 247.5 cents/lb.
Today, global coffee prices rose sharply after a recent deep decline.
Throughout 2024, coffee prices have continually risen, posing challenges and risks for fulfilling export contracts. Notably, for the first time, Robusta prices on the London exchange exceeded $ 5,000/ton, surpassing Arabica prices.
In Vietnam, coffee prices have also reached record highs, marking the highest levels in 30 years. This surge is the reason Vietnam’s coffee exports have decreased by 12.7% in volume but increased by 33% in value compared to the previous season.
Thus, global coffee prices on 10/26/2024 increased compared to the previous day.

In Lam Dong Province, the districts of Di Linh, Bao Loc, and Lam Ha are trading at VND 108,900/kg.
