Coffee prices on June 3 in the world market are flat at both major exchanges.
At the time of the survey, the price of Robusta coffee on the London exchange for delivery in September 2023 decreased by $79/ton (equivalent to 3.07%); down to $2,491/ton.
And the price of coffee delivered in November 2023 on this exchange decreased by $83/ton (equivalent to 3.35%), at $2,391/ton.

World coffee prices today are still maintaining stability. Last week, the global coffee market fell sharply.
In which, the price of Robusta coffee for September delivery fell by $185 (6.91%), while the price of Arabica coffee for September delivery fell sharply by 4.85 cents (2.96%).
In the first 6 months of 2023, Robusta coffee prices increased sharply, continuously setting new records. But in only 3 trading sessions at the end of June 2023, most of the previous gains have been swept away. From a peak of $2,729/ton, this coffee item has fallen to a bottom of $2,478/ton. While, if calculated on the closing price of September 2023, coffee on the London exchange lost $ 224/ton.
Currently, the coffee market on the two exchanges continues the downward trend as funds and speculators push to liquidate their net positions before closing the first 6 months of 2023.
The market is concerned that the upcoming currency interest rate will be volatile when derivative coffee exchanges are no longer chosen as a haven for speculative capital flows. This causes coffee prices to return to a nearly two-year low.
Thus, the price of coffee on 07/3/2023 in the world market is sideways compared to yesterday.
