In the world market, coffee prices today, August 10, turn to increase in two large exchanges.

After the latest session, the Robusta coffee futures price in ICE Futures Europe (London) exchange for September 2021 contracts increases by US$ 42 per ton at US$ 1,785 per ton and increases by US$ 43 per ton at US$ 1,797 per ton for November 2021 contracts.

Likewise, the Arabica coffee futures price in ICE Futures US (New York) for September 2021 contracts increases by Cent 3.35 per pound at Cent 179.35 per pound and decreases by Cent 3.4 per pound at Cent 172.45 per pound for December 2021 contracts.

In the domestic market, coffee prices today, August 10, increase by VND 500-600 per kilogram in most key provinces compared to yesterday morning, in the range of VND 36,200-37,100 per kilogram.

Specifically, coffee prices today in Di Linh, Bao Loc, and Lam Ha districts of Lam Dong province are the same at VND 36,200 per kilogram, a VND 600 increase.

In Dak Lak province, coffee prices are up to VND 37,000-37,100 per kilogram, a VND 600 increase.

In Dak Nong, Gia Lai and Kon Tum provinces, coffee is purchased at VND 36,900-37,000 per kilogram.

Pepper prices continue to increase by VND 1,000 per kilogram.

In the world market, pepper prices today, August 10, at Kochi exchange (India), are down by INR 8.35 compared to the latest session, at INR 41,366.65 per quintal.

In the domestic market, pepper prices continue to increase by VND 1,000 per kilogram in some key provinces, ranging from VND 76,000-78,500.

Specifically, the pepper price in Dak Lak and Dak Nong provinces is at VND 77,000, a VND 1,000 increase compared to yesterday.

In Dong Nai and Gia Lai provinces, the pepper price is VND 76,000 per kilogram, a VND 1,000 increase.

The pepper in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province is purchased at the highest of VND 78,500, followed by the price at Binh Phuong at VND 77,500 per kilogram, after a VND 1,000 increase.

Rubber prices

In the world market, rubber prices increase in SHFE compared to the latest session.

In Tokyo Commodity Exchange (TOCOM), the futures rubber price for August 2021 contracts keeps at JPY 209.9 per kilogram, at JPY 212.7 per kilogram for September 2021 contracts, and at JPY 216.9 per kilogram for October 2021 contracts.

In Shanghai Commodity Futures Exchange (SHFE), the futures rubber price for August 2021 contracts increase by CNY 120 at CNY 13,575 per ton, up by CNY 70 at CNY 13,620 per ton for September 2021 contracts, and up by CNY 85 at CNY 13,705 per ton for October 2021 contracts.

In the domestic, rubber prices are stable compared to yesterday.

Fresh rubber latex prices in Binh Phuoc province range from VND 300-315 per TSC-DRC.

Phu Rieng Rubber One Member Limited Liability Company, Binh Phuoc province, publishes the fresh rubber latex price at VND 325 per TSC-DRC.

In Dak Lak province, the rubber latex price is VND 16,000-18,000 per kilogram, depending on the type.

The fresh OM 18 rice price is VND 5,800-6,000 VND per kilogram, a VND 100 increase.

The prices of the remaining varieties are stable compared to yesterday.

The fresh IR 50404 rice price is VND 4,400-4,800 VND per kilogram.

The fresh OM 9582 rice price is VND 4,600-4,900 per kilogram, a VND 200 increase.

The fresh OM 6976 rice price is VND 5,100-5,200 per kilogram.

The fresh Japanese rice price is VND 7,500-7,600 per kilogram.

The fresh 8 fragrant rice is VND 5,900-6,100 per kilogram, after a VND 100-200 increase.

Rice collection demand is still high, but due to the Covid-19 epidemic, traders face many difficulties. Departments of agriculture in the Mekong Delta provinces actively support traders and farmers in harvesting, purchasing, and transporting rice.

In summary, forestry and agricultural commodity prices today, August 10, are stable in the domestic rice, and rubber market, and increase in the domestic coffee and pepper market.
