Through the high-tech dairy cow project implemented since 2009, TH Group has installed and operated a series of world-leading advanced technologies, initiating a "digital revolution" in the fields of Nghe An, transforming fertile land into literal gold mines. The group has been recognized by MARD as a "high-tech agricultural enterprise."
"The group has defined green economy and circular economy as guiding principles. In particular, TH Group is determined to achieve net-zero emissions by 2050 for its farm and factory systems. TH Group's agricultural projects are transforming the agricultural production structure and the local economic structure towards industrialization and modernization", shared Phung Thanh Vinh. In production, TH Group closely collaborates with thousands of farming households.
The role of TH Group has been affirmed in the development journey of Nghe An Sugar Company - Nasu (acquired by TH Group in 2011). This is a long-established sugar business that has built a brand and reputation over many years among thousands of sugarcane farmers.
Despite the challenges and mounting pressure, TH has always maintained a firm commitment to integrity. Following directives from above, investment programs and production policies have been consistently upheld by Nasu, along with upgrades to the digital technology production line.
Change has come from the smallest details. In partnership with Nasu, sugarcane farmers have abandoned the habit of planting densely and over-fertilizing as they did before. Currently, most farmers are planting sugarcane at the correct density according to standards and strictly following production processes.
Mr. Le Viet Minh, Director of Xuan Thanh One Member Limited Liability Company, acknowledged, "Xuan Thanh used to be the hub for orange cultivation in the North Central region as well as the entire Northern area. Now it's different; this land can no longer be used for growing oranges and citrus fruits in general, and instead, we are planting sugarcane. Strengthening the partnership with Nasu has opened up new opportunities for us; the combination of production resources with a scientific and technological foundation is the key to success".
