Price of live pork in the North on May 31

Live pork price on May 31 in the North market has no new changes compared to yesterday.

In which, the provinces of Lao Cai, Nam Dinh, Yen Bai, Ha Nam, Phu Tho, Ninh Binh and Tuyen Quang maintained purchasing at the price of VND 58,000/kg.

Localities are also maintaining stable prices, continuing to trade at VND 59,000/kg.

Thus, the price of live pork on 05/31/2023 in the Northern market is trading at VND 58,000 - 59,000/kg.

Live pork price in Central and Central Highlands on May 31

Live pork prices on May 31 in the Central and Central Highlands markets are less volatile than yesterday.

Specifically, prices in most localities are anchored around VND 58,000 - 60,000/kg.

Particularly, only price in Quang Tri decreased slightly by VND 1,000/kg, bringing the purchasing level down to VND 54,000/kg - the lowest in the region.

Thus, the price of live pork on 05/31/2023 in the Central and Central Highlands is buying around VND 54,000 - 60,000/kg.

Price of live pork in the South on May 31

Live pork prices on May 31 in the southern market increased and decreased by VND 1,000/kg in some places compared to yesterday.

Accordingly, Soc Trang increased the price slightly and adjusted the transaction to VND 59,000/kg. This is also the purchase price recorded in Ben Tre, after decreasing by VND 1,000/kg.

In Dong Thap, traders lowered the purchasing price to VND 1,000/kg, to VND 57,000/kg. This is also the transaction price anchored in Can Tho and Tien Giang - the lowest in the region.

The remaining localities have no new changes.

Thus, the price of live pork on 05/31/2023 in the whole South continues to trade around the threshold of VND 57,000 - 60,000/kg.
