Coffee prices on June 12, 2025: Prices continue to decline

(VAN) Coffee prices on June 12, 2025, continued to fall. Domestically, coffee prices decreased by another VND 2,000, trading at VND 111,500 – 112,300/kg.

On June 12, 2025, coffee prices on both the London and New York exchanges continued to decline.

Specifically, Robusta prices on the London exchange for July 2025 delivery dropped by $17 (equivalent to 0.39%) to $4,392/ton. The September 2025 contract also edged down by $26 (or 0.6%) to $4,291/ton.

Meanwhile, on the New York exchange, Arabica for July 2025 delivery fell sharply by 4.4 cents (equivalent to 1.24%) to 350.65 cents/lb. The September 2025 contract dropped by 4.45 cents (1.26%) to 348.60 cents/lb.

Global coffee prices continued to decline today, especially for Arabica, as investors shifted their focus to the outlook of ample supply—particularly with the accelerated harvest progress in Brazil, the world’s top coffee exporter.

Although ICE Arabica inventories are falling and colder weather in Brazil could lend some support, the long-term outlook remains bearish. According to Cecafe, Brazil’s green coffee exports in May dropped by nearly 36% year-on-year, reaching 2.6 million bags.

Thus, global coffee prices on June 12, 2025, continued to decline compared to the previous day.

In the domestic market, coffee prices in Vietnam also continued to fall compared to the previous day.

Specifically, in Lam Dong province, the three districts Di Linh, Bao Loc, and Lam Ha are all trading at 111,500 VND/kg.

In Dak Lak, Cu M’gar district is buying coffee today at 112,000 VND/kg. Meanwhile, Ea H’leo and Buon Ho districts are also trading at 112,000 VND/kg.

In Dak Nong province, traders in Gia Nghia and Dak R’lap are trading at 112,300 and 112,200 VND/kg, respectively.

In Gia Lai province, Chu Prong district is trading at 112,000 VND/kg, while Pleiku and La Grai are maintaining the same level at 112,000 VND/kg.

As for Kon Tum, the coffee purchasing price today is 112,000 VND/kg.

Thus, domestic coffee prices on June 12, 2025, are trading around the range of 111,500 – 112,300 VND/kg.
