Rubber prices on June 5, 2025: Global market on the rise

(VAN) Rubber prices on June 5, 2025, are increasing. Domestic latex prices in Vietnam have slightly decreased, currently trading around VND 397–425/TSC.

On the global market, rubber prices are currently showing a strong upward trend.

At the time of the survey, the price of RSS3 on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange (TOCOM) for May 2025 delivery increased by ¥3.8 (1.3%), reaching ¥303.5/kg.

Meanwhile, on the Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE), the price of natural rubber for June 2025 delivery rose sharply by CNY 145 (1.1%), reaching CNY 13,515/kg.

In Thailand, the price of rubber for June delivery increased slightly by 0.16 baht (0.2%), standing at 73.33 baht/kg.

Rubber prices today, June 5, 2025, show a slight increase in Thailand but rise more than 1% in Japan and China.

Thus, rubber prices on June 5, 2025, globally have increased compared to yesterday.

Domestically, rubber latex prices have slightly decreased compared to the previous day.

According to the latest listings, the price of raw latex at Mang Yang Rubber Company ranges from VND 397 to VND 401/TSC, while mixed coagulum latex is being purchased at around VND 359 to VND 409/DRC.

At Ba Ria Rubber Company, the purchasing price of fresh latex is VND 410 per ton of steam cleaned (TSC). Coagulum latex with DRC from 35%–44% is priced at VND 13,800/kg, while raw latex is priced between VND 17,200 and 18,500/kg.

The most recent quote from Phu Rieng Rubber Company shows VND 390/DRC for mixed latex (a decrease of VND 10), and VND 425/TSC for fresh latex (a decrease of VND 15).

Thus, domestic rubber prices on June 5, 2025, are trading around VND 397–425/TSC.
