VRG: Election for the Board of Directors for the 2021 - 2026 term

The participants included shareholders of Vietnam Rubber Group (VRG), leaders of the Commission for the Management of State Capital at Enterprises (CMSC), the Standing Party Committee, leaders of VRG, leaders of VRG Boards and Offices. The meeting was conducted to elect the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board for the 2021 - 2026 term.

The results of the vote counting are as follows:

The Board of Directors includes: Mr. Tran Cong Kha, Mr. Le Thanh Hung, Mr. Tran Ngoc Thuan, Mr. Huynh Van Bao, Mr. Phan Manh Hung, Mr. Pham Van Thanh, Mr. Ha Van Khuong, Mr. Nguyen Hay.

The Supervisory Board includes: Mr. Do Khac Thang, Mr. Nguyen Minh Duc, Mr. Vo Van Tuan.

The Board of Directors had approved the report on the results of the first meeting to elect the Chairman of the Board of Directors, the Head of the Supervisory Board for the 2021 - 2026 term as well as the appointment results for the position of the General Director of VRG.

As a result, Mr. Tran Cong Kha was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of VRG; and Mr. Do Khac Thang was elected as Head of the Supervisory Board. The Board of Directors unanimously appointed Mr. Le Thanh Hung as General Director of VRG.
