TTC AgriS accelerates international cooperation

(VAN) Thanh Thanh Cong-Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company (TTC AgriS) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Nanyang Technological University (NTU) under the witness of the two Prime Ministers of Vietnam and Singapore.

On March 26, 2025, within the framework of the official visit of Singaporean Prime Minister Lawrence Wong and his wife at the invitation of Prime Minister of Vietnam Pham Minh Chinh and his wife, Thanh Thanh Cong–Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company (TTC AgriS) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Nanyang Technological University (NTU), one of Singapore's leading universities among the world's top 15 universities for technology and innovation. Under the witness of the two Prime Ministers, the event opened a new chapter in international cooperation, promoting sustainable and high-tech circular agriculture.

Building an R&D Center in Singapore: Promoting Agtech and Foodtech initiative globally

Pioneering in the field of high-tech agriculture, TTC AgriS promotes the leading role when quickly following closely the Decree 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024, on the development of science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation. Through cooperation with Nanyang Technological University, TTC AgriS established an R&D Center in Singapore, expected to go into operation in late June 2025.

This center not only plays the role of researching and developing products but also is the intersection between scientific knowledge and application practice. From there, help TTC AgriS exploit the potential to innovate in Agtech and Foodtech, improve competitiveness, and bring Vietnam's agricultural product brands far away on the world map.

Here, leading experts will focus on researching advanced solutions to maximize, improve, and take advantage of the entire crop value chain, such as fermenting protein to improve nutritional value; applying high-pressure processing technology (HPP) and UHT sterilization to extend the storage time while retaining the full flavor and nutrients, etc.

At the same time, the center will also boost research on specialized nutritional formulas originating from nature, good for consumers' health, and ready to serve different customer groups in the global market.

Ms. Dang Huynh Uc My, Chairman of TTC AgriS, emphasized in the signing ceremony, "We not only transform into a high-tech agricultural enterprise but also are creating a comprehensive ecosystem of circular agricultural economy.

Here, advanced technology, high-quality human resources, and natural resources are connected and exploited effectively to create sustainable value for the whole supply chain, from farmers to consumers around the world. Strategic cooperation with Singaporean partners is an important step forward in this path, affirming TTC AgriS's commitment to bringing Vietnamese agriculture to international reach."

Accelerate towards the era of circular agricultural ecosystem applying high technology

In the context of global agriculture entering the digital era, TTC AgriS proactively catches the trend, creating a circular agriculture model. In particular, fully develop production, trade, and green finance, laying the solid foundation for a comprehensive ecosystem.

One of the important steps in bilateral cooperation with Singapore is to enhance the trade relationship into a strategic cooperation with OFI (Olam Food Ingredients), the leading corporation in the field of agricultural product materials.

The strong relationship with OFI helps TTC AgriS maximize the value of strategic industrial crops such as coconut, thereby improving the value chain of agricultural products and expanding exports to potential markets such as Europe and North America.

TTC AgriS not only produces but is gradually building a sustainable agricultural ecosystem, where each link plays an important role in the value chain. The Agriculture Center provides advanced technical solutions and farming technologies, helping to improve productivity and product quality right from the input stage.

The Production Center specializes in processing agricultural products with a strict quality control process according to international standards, ensuring products of superior quality. Meanwhile, the Commercial Center plays a role in connecting products to the market and optimizing the logistics system to bring Vietnamese agricultural products to consumers in the most effective way.

Not stopping at inland, TTC AgriS also promotes the international R&D network. Australia will be a specialized agricultural research center; Singapore will become a trade and product development hub, while Vietnam will focus on production research and technology optimization. The combination of digital transformation and a circular agricultural ecosystem helps TTC AgriS strictly control product quality, increase operational efficiency, and create an international competitive advantage.

In order to complete the closed cycle in the advanced agricultural ecosystem, TTC AgriS also focuses on green finance to ensure long-term sustainable development. Through cooperation with leading financial institutions in Singapore, TTC AgriS has the opportunity to access preferential capital sources, serving the investment in modern agricultural infrastructure, expanding organic material areas, and supporting farmers to apply advanced farming technologies.

The combination of green finance and technological innovation helps the company not only ensure stable supply sources but also promote the development of the circular agriculture model, minimizing the impact on the environment and increasing economic value.

Strategic vision: Pioneering in grasping the trend of green agriculture and sustainable development

Facing the challenges of climate change and increasing requirements from the international market, TTC AgriS not only stops at technology but also focuses on sustainable development. The company is implementing farmer training programs, helping them access smart agriculture models, improve production efficiency, and minimize negative impacts on the ecosystem.

At the same time, TTC AgriS sets a goal of net zero in 2035 through afforestation projects and renewable energy use, contributing to global efforts in environmental protection.

Strategic cooperation with Singapore is clear evidence of TTC AgriS's commitment to constantly innovating and improving the value of Vietnamese agricultural products and development orientation under the high-tech agriculture model.

With the strategic steps and support from the Government, TTC AgriS is gradually bringing Vietnamese agricultural products to reach far and strengthen the position in the international arena while promoting the agricultural economy in a sustainable and modernized direction.
