Nanotechnology exploits rice husk by-products, the world's first, integrated into the biofertilizer product ECO OK, an economical solution, increasing production efficiency for farmers.

The total amount of agricultural waste and by-products in Vietnam is estimated at nearly 160 million tons. Of which, by-products from agricultural processing, rice husks, account for 8.6 million tons. Businesses have utilized or reused this by-product source to produce industrial alcohol, generate biomass electricity, and make biological bedding for livestock or organic fertilizer...

For the first time in the world, BSB Nanotech Company launched a product extracted from rice husks with pioneering technology. ECO OK has the ingredient Nano Composite Silica, which positively affects nutrient metabolism and root development, flowering, and fruit maintenance, minimizing infection by diseases caused by bacteria, viruses, and fungi.

From 2016 - 2017, the movement to convert ineffective rice-growing land to orange growing has thrived in Tra Vinh province. After a period of continuous decline in prices, many farmers began to turn to improving the quality of oranges in an organic direction.

Mr. Ho Van Muoi Hai in Tan Binh commune, Cang Long district, Tra Vinh province, from the initial 3 farms, continued to invest in planting 11 more orange trees in an organic direction. He selected and tested the ECO OK nano fertilizer product produced by BSB Nanotech Company.

After one year of use, Mr. Muoi Twelve's family's orange garden achieved results beyond expectations. Mr. Muoi Twelve commented that ECO OK nano fertilizer gives green, thick leaves and beautiful fruit quality. Watering at the base will make the soil loose and free of acid sludge. In particular, diseases on orange trees decreased significantly. Productivity increased from 8 tons/manufacturing to 10 tons/manufacturing.

Mr. Le Minh Trung in Thong Hoa commune, Cau Ke district, Tra Vinh province, is using ECO OK nano fertilizer product and has the same comment: "The product has the advantage of creating lush green leaves and limiting diseases. Recording the reality in my home garden, I have reduced costs by 50% compared to chemical fertilizers."

Farmer Nguyen Hoang, who lives in Thong Hoa commune, Cau Ke district, Tra Vinh province, started growing oranges for the first time. According to Mr. Hoang, ECO OK nano fertilizer with organic ingredients such as rice husks effectively improves soil, especially ensuring users' health.

In the fruit growing area in Co Do district, Can Tho city, ECO OK nano fertilizer is also well received by farmers. Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Cuong, Thoi Hung commune, planted over 5 hectares, including guava and longan. Characteristics of guava trees include many pests and diseases, especially mealybugs. Previously, Mr. Cuong regularly used pesticides for prevention and treatment. Boldly using ECO OK products, Mr. Cuong confided: "Since the orchard was "bathed" with ECO OK if I harvest fruit once every half a month, now I have fruit to pick every 4-7 days to sell".

In addition to being effective on fruit trees, ECO OK nano fertilizer also proves its ability to maintain green color and productivity on rice plants. Mr. Huynh Van Chin, in Long Duc commune, Long Phu district, Soc Trang province, tested the product on 5 ST25 rice fields. Until now, the rice tea is 90 days old. The rice leaves are straight, and the rice grains are close to the grain.

Mr. Pham Hoang Tran, Long Duc commune, Long Phu district, Soc Trang province, is collaborating with rice export businesses to grow rice safely, requiring products to be produced organically and ensuring food safety. ECO OK nano fertilizer product meets his requirements. By monitoring the growth process of rice plants, Mr. Tran assessed that the product helps rice harden plants manage pests from the beginning of the season, especially saving fertilizer investment costs of over VND 1 million/ha.

Neighboring farmers were excited to see Mr. Tran's rice tea coming to harvest. Because the market price of growing rice in an organic direction, with a safe process, is 200 VND/kg higher than the market.

At the Mekong Delta Rice Institute, BSB Nanotech Company conducted a test model in the summer-autumn crop of 2023 on the OM18 rice variety with a scale of 2.6 hectares. The treatment was cultivated according to the EcoCyle model combined with the recommendations of the Rice Institute, spraying ECO OK at seed treatment times 10, 30, 55, or 65 NSS, producing outstanding results. Specifically, output increased by 26.8% due to a significant reduction in fertilizer and pesticides, so the economic benefits achieved a double effect, rising to 113.6% compared to the control treatment.
