Tourism development must be based on the principle of reasonable inheritance and continued implementation of approved plans. Besides, reviewing and making additional adjustments in accordance with new development conditions and orientations. Respect and promote the value of the terrain and natural landscape, do not negatively impact the natural terrain structure, only partially level the construction area.
