According to the Department of Planning and Investment of Tay Ninh province, in recent times, Tay Ninh province has promoted administrative reform, building a transparent, professional, friendly, highly competitive investment environment, and becoming an attractive, safe and effective investment destination for businesses.

The Provincial People's Committee's report on socio-economic development in the first 6 months of 2024 shows that there are many bright spots reflected in the growth of many industries and fields, of which some fields achieved double-digit growth.
Total product in the province (GRDP - according to 2010 comparative prices) is estimated at nearly 1,178 million USD, up 7.9% over the same period, up compared to the year's plan. Proportion of agriculture - forestry - fishery products; construction industry; Services (excluding product taxes minus product subsidies) in GRDP at current prices are estimated at 17% - 47% - 31.5%.
In the first 6 months of 2024, domestic investment attraction increased by 97.9%, export turnover increased by 12.4%, and total social development investment capital increased by 7.6%. In addition, total State budget revenue reached 57.4% of the estimate, up 14.9% over the same period… These are outstanding highlights in the socio-economic development of Tay Ninh province in the first 6 months of 2024.

In the first 6 months of 2024, Tay Ninh has attracted 160.4 million USD of foreign investment (FDI). In particular, the joint venture cooperation between two leading agricultural corporations in Vietnam and the Netherlands, Hung Nhon Group and De Heus Group, has poured capital of 100 million USD into the DHN high-tech application livestock area project. The project officially started construction on May 19 in Tay Ninh. It is known that this is a chain of agricultural complexes that apply 100% high technology according to international standards.
Regarding the reason why De Heus Group chose Tay Ninh as a key investment locality, Mr. Gabor Fluit, Global General Director of De Heus, assessed that Tay Ninh has many potentials and strengths in attracting FDI capital, especially in the field of high-tech agricultural applications.
Facing the attraction of the agricultural industry, recently, a delegation from the Singapore Food Authority (SFA) came to explore the investment environment in the livestock sector in Tay Ninh province. Mr. Nguyen Dinh Xuan - Director of Tay Ninh Department of Agriculture and Rural Development said that currently, the livestock situation in the province is developing stably, with a total poultry herd of 9,900,000 heads. Total poultry meat output is estimated to reach 62,460 tons/year; Egg output reaches 900 million eggs/year.
The entire province currently has two districts, Duong Minh Chau and Tan Chau, certified as disease-free zones for avian flu and Newcastle disease in chickens; 6 communes in Go Dau district are certified as disease-free facilities for avian influenza and Newcastle disease in chickens. In addition, there are 49 chicken raising facilities that have been granted disease safety certificates.
It is expected that by December 2024, Tay Ninh will have 2 district-level disease-free zones (Tan Bien and Go Dau) for avian influenza and Newcastle disease in chickens. "This is the basis for Tay Ninh to become an ideal destination for livestock enterprises in general and agriculture in particular looking for new investment opportunities in Tay Ninh", Mr. Nguyen Dinh Xuan shared.
