The rice market on December 14 shows a slight decline for both rice and paddy.
Paddy prices today (December 14) decreased by VND 200-300, with slow trading and low buying demand.
Similarly, rice prices today (December 14) also show a slight decline of VND 100-200, with limited supply.
In Sa Dec and Lap Vo (Dong Thap), rice supply is low, with large warehouses either slowing down or halting purchases. At the Sa Dec market channel, warehouses are buying sporadically, while rice prices across categories remain stable.
In An Cu (Cai Be, Tien Giang), supply is moderate, and sticky rice prices are down by VND 100 compared to yesterday, with most rice showing weaker quality and fewer high-grade options.
On the export market, 100% broken rice is priced at $ 405/ton; 5% broken standard rice is purchased at $ 509/ton. Meanwhile, 25% broken rice is at $ 477/ton.
