According to experts, the domestic pepper market may still decrease but it is difficult to fall below the price of VND 70,000/kg. Because the supply factor from now until the end of the year is forecasted to be still lower than the demand.
At this point, the relevant agencies will announce the parameters of the pepper crop just harvested. Thereby, the picture of crop output this year and next year is predicted more closely. This will be an important basis for determining pepper prices in the last months of the year.
Thus, today's pepper price on 05/26/2023 in the domestic market is trading around VND 70,500 - 73,500/kg.
