With a vision to improve production and business efficiency and raise the level of business in the veterinary drug market, the Cai Lay Veterinary Medicine Joint Stock Company (Mekovet) has officially launched the ERP SAP S/4HANA project on November 23, 2020. After 133 days of mobilizing all effort, concentration, and drastic measures implementing the project, Mekovet has successfully operated the system from 7:30 am on April 5, 2021, marking a milestone in the business transformation of the company.
Mekovet is the third division of Mavin Group to be digitized with the application of the most advanced corporate resource management system, ERP SAP S/4HANA (earlier is the Feed and Foods division)
The Mavin’s application of Enterprise Resource Management System SAP S/4HANA in veterinary medicine market aims to improve professional skills to approach international standards; increase cooperation and coordination among departments; standardize performance, transparent, accurate and timely information; improve the efficiency of production and business and have digitalization standards that bring benefits to customers.
Mavin Group and Tinhvan Consulting earlier had worked together on the launching of a project called HiStaff Human Resource Management System. This is one of the important steps in Mavin's digital transformation plan.
