Live pig prices on October 24 in the North

The live pig market in the North saw slight decreases in certain areas compared to yesterday.

Specifically, prices in Hanoi and Yen Bai both dropped by VND 1,000, trading at VND 63,000/kg and VND 62,000/kg, respectively.

Other localities maintained the same purchasing levels as yesterday.

Thus, live pig prices in the North on 10/24/2024, are trading at VND 62,000 - 64,000/kg.

Live pig prices on October 24 in the Central and Central Highlands

The live pig market in the Central and Central Highlands regions decreased by up to VND 2,000 compared to yesterday.

Specifically, prices in Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, and Dak Lak dropped by VND 1,000 - 2,000, now trading at only VND 59,000/kg.

Except for Lam Dong and Ninh Thuan, where prices remained stable, other localities also saw a decrease of VND 1,000 - 2,000.

Thus, live pig prices in the Central and Central Highlands regions on 10/24/2024, are being purchased around VND 59,000 - 62,000/kg.

The live pig market in the South region slightly decreased compared to yesterday.

In particular, prices in An Giang and Bac Lieu dropped by VND 1,000, now trading at VND 61,000/kg.

Following these decreases, traders in Tay Ninh, Vung Tau, Can Tho, and Ca Mau are purchasing pigs at VND 62,000/kg.

Prices in other localities remain unchanged from yesterday.

Thus, live pig prices in the South on 10/24/2024, are trading in the range of VND 60,000 - 62,000/kg.
