Today, global coffee prices have slightly increased despite a significant drop in certified inventories on the exchanges, which have reached their lowest level in four months. The reason coffee prices haven’t risen further is due to the US dollar maintaining its strength near a two-month high, and investors are waiting for the upcoming US inflation report.
