On the afternoon of May 26, a delegation from Shaanxi Daily (China) visited and held a working session with the Vietnam Agriculture and Nature Newspaper. Both media agencies share a special tradition: Shaanxi Daily was named by Chairman Mao Zedong himself, while the former Vietnam Agriculture Newspaper was named by President Ho Chi Minh, who also wrote its very first issue. This meaningful coincidence reflects the historical bond between the two newspapers and the two nations.
The Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Vietnam Agriculture and Nature Newspaper expressed his hope that both sides will continue to exchange ideas, seek solutions, and support each other in developing print journalism, especially in the context of digital transformation and changing public habits in receiving information.
