The global organic tea market is expected to grow.
The Agency of Foreign Trade (Ministry of Industry and Trade) cited a report by Allied Market Research, stating that the global organic tea market was valued at USD 905.4 million in 2021 and is projected to reach USD 2.4 billion by 2031, growing at a CAGR of 10.5% from 2022 to 2031.
The market expansion is anticipated to be driven by the increasing use of tea as a natural ingredient in the personal care industry. Additionally, factors such as rising disposable incomes, increasing food and beverage costs, and growing consumer awareness of healthier lifestyles are expected to contribute to the market's growth.
The Asia-Pacific region is the largest revenue contributor to the organic tea market, generating USD 503 million in 2021, and is expected to reach USD 1.315 billion by 2031, with a CAGR of 10.3%. Health-conscious products are particularly popular among consumers in China, India, Indonesia, and Japan.
