Organic agriculture and circular agriculture accompany

On June 3, Vietnam Circular Agriculture Association and Vietnam Gardening Association signed a cooperation agreement "Accompanying organic agricultural production, circular agriculture".

According to the signed content, the Vietnam Circular Agriculture Association and the Vietnam Gardening Association have agreed to cooperate to contribute to promoting the development of organic and circular agriculture production associated with the association of consumer Consume products and goods, ensure food safety, efficiency, protection the ecological environment, adapt to climate change;

Exchanging information and propagating on models and technical advances of organic and circular agriculture, which are effectively applied in agricultural production and horticulture; Coordinating in campaigning, propagating, and disseminating knowledge to raise awareness among members, farmers, community, and the whole society about the development of organic agriculture and circular agriculture; Coordinating in building models of organic gardens, organic agricultural production, and circular agriculture in association with product consumption.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hong, Chairman of the Vietnam Gardening Association, said that this cooperation is an excellent opportunity. VAC is a sustainable agricultural ecosystem because it satisfies the requirements of a cyclic, organic ecosystem. It is also an ecological agricultural system suitable to the household economy that has existed for thousands of generations of Vietnamese farmers.

Vietnam Gardening Association also commits to introduce to the Vietnam Circular Agriculture Association through its member associations some cooperatives, cooperative groups, farms, and gardeners who are able and voluntary members to participate in the plan to build models of organic agricultural production circular agriculture associated with product consumption. Also, during the cooperation process, the two sides will transfer technical advances, deploy and replicate production models in the direction organic.

Mr. Nguyen Hong Lam, Chairman of the Vietnam Circular Agriculture Association, also affirmed: Building a circular economy has been identified as one of the development orientations of the country in the 2021-2030 period to achieve economic value and environmental protection. Therefore, for the first time, the phrase "circular economy" was included in the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress, with the goal of sustainable development by actively implementing actions to protect the environment, respond to climate change, and protect the environment on a large scale in the next ten years.

The Chairman of Que Lam Group shared that Que Lam is a typical example of developing a bio-safe, organic-oriented and cyclical farming model associated with the Vietnam Gardening Association's value chain. The biosafety breeding process of Que Lam Group is very effective, and more and more management agencies and localities cooperate in replicating it. Up to now, 22 provinces and cities have signed cooperation agreements with the Group to contribute to building the local agriculture to develop in a green and clean trend.
