Vietnam is Japan's 5th largest food market. Last year, the export turnover of agriculture, forestry, fisheries and food from Japan to Vietnam reached about US$ 550 million, increasing 2.5 times over the past 10 years. Vietnam has about 2,500 Japanese restaurants, 3 times more than 8 years ago.
