Accordingly, 4 personnel approved for the position of Deputy Prime Minister are Mr. Pham Binh Minh (Member of the Politburo); Mr. Le Minh Khai (Secretary of the Party Central Committee); Mr. Vu Duc Dam (Member of the Party Central Committee); Le Van Thanh (Member of the Party Central Committee).
Among 18 personnel approved for ministerial positions this time, Mr. Le Minh Hoan - Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, is included.
Mr. Le Minh Hoan was born in 1961, is a member of the 12th and 13th term of the Party Central Committee, has experienced in positions such as Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Thap Province, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Previously, on April 8th, 2021, the XIV National Assembly had approved the appointment of Mr. Le Minh Hoan as Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.

The remaining personnel approved by the National Assembly as Ministers are:
General Phan Van Giang - Minister of National Defense; General To Lam - Minister of Public Security; Mr. Bui Thanh Son - Minister of Foreign Affairs; Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Tra - Minister of Home Affairs; Mr. Le Thanh Long - Minister of Justice; Mr. Nguyen Chi Dung - Minister of Planning and Investment; Mr. Ho Duc Phuc - Minister of Finance.
Mr. Nguyen Hong Dien - Minister of Industry and Trade; Mr. Nguyen Van The - Minister of Transport; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nghi - Minister of Construction; Mr. Tran Hong Ha - Minister of Natural Resources and Environment; Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung - Minister of Information and Communications; Mr. Dao Ngoc Dung - Minister of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs.
Mr. Nguyen Van Hung - Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Mr. Huynh Thanh Dat - Minister of Science and Technology; Mr. Nguyen Kim Son - Minister of Education and Training; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Long - Minister of Health.
Four other personnel submitted for approval for other positions include: Mr. Tran Van Son - Minister, Chairman of the Government Office; Mr. Hau A Lenh - Minister, Chairman of the Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs; Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong - Governor of the State Bank and Mr. Doan Hong Phong - Inspector General of the Government.
In conclusion, the 26 personnel approved by the National Assembly are all members of the Government of the XIV term and maintain their current positions, except for Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh who was not re-elected.
