With the aim of perfecting and improving the quality of tourism services and diversifying tourism products, Hanoi is expected to announce an experiential tourism route associated with heritage, monuments, and craft villages on April 12, 2024.
Previously, the Hanoi Department of Tourism conducted a field survey and organized consultations with experts and travel businesses; Coordinate with relevant units to build tourist destinations associated with heritage, relics, and craft villages along the route from Hanoi center to Thanh Oai, Ung Hoa and My Duc districts.
Among these destinations, there are many craft villages with traditions that are hundreds of years old, such as the incense stick craft village of Quang Phu Cau commune, Ung Hoa district with 6/6 villages that have been recognized as craft villages. Quang Phu Cau incense sticks not only meet the spiritual needs of the domestic market but have been exported to a number of countries, creating jobs for hundreds of workers.
