The forest coverage rate of the entire province in 2023 is 37.8%.

After announcing the current status, the People's Committee of Bac Giang province requested the People's Committees at all levels (districts and communes) to carry out state management responsibilities for forest protection and development according to Article 102 of the Forestry Law. Using forest status data to review and adjust annual forest protection and development planning and plans as the basis for updating forest developments in the following year.
