At the same time, it aims to help farmers connect supply and demand, cooperate, and create opportunities for exchanging experiences in the production process. Additionally, it aims to introduce the image, people, cuisine, and tourism products of Tien Giang and the Mekong Delta.
Through the festival, the organizers expect to propose strategic solutions and introduce advanced production models, and post-harvest technology solutions, especially deep processing, circular economy integration, and digital transformation in the value chain of Vietnamese fruits.
