On March 22, Vietnam Seeds Corporation (VINASEED) and FPT Information System (FPT IS) officially kicked off project on the implementation of business digital transformation solutions (SPRO, CRM, DMS). The project is one of the important pieces in VINASEED's roadmap to the digital transformation of corporate governance, creating "leverage" to help VINASEED improve its competitiveness and grow stronger.
In the digital transformation roadmap for the period of 2022 - 2023, VINASEED aims to innovate the management model towards information technology application, with the goal of comprehensively renovating operations from business and administration model; strengthen coordination, reduce focal points in the organization; human resource optimization; improve working efficiency, reduce operating costs thereby improving competitiveness and forming a new working culture.
VINASEED and FPT IS are cooperating to implement the Business Digital Transformation Solution Project.
VINASEED has been gradually implementing digital transformation of businesses, in which the core system is financial management through upgrading management software with 3 modules: Finance and accounting module; Sales and inventory management module, and system update analysis, general dashboard report to help timely update all information regarding the business (upgrade completed and put into operation in March/2022).
In addition, VINASEED has implemented digital transformation of INFOMO's communication activities, focusing on customer as the center, enhancing customer experience, targeting people who directly use the product, expanding linkages, exploiting customer profiles, changing the approach and serving of customers, promoting product demand.
To complete this important piece in the digital transformation roadmap, VINASEED, in cooperation with FPT IS, will implement a synchronous digital transformation project with 3 sets of solutions provided by FPT IS, including: SPRO process digitization and automated transaction solutions; CRM customer relationship management solution and DMS distribution management solution.
The project is one of the important pieces in VINASEED's digital transformation roadmap for corporate governance.
The project was implemented within 8 months at VINASEED and 5 member companies including: Southern Seed Joint Stock Company, Quang Nam Central Seed Joint Stock Company, Vietnam Rice Company Limited; Ha Tay Seed Joint Stock Company and Ha Nam Hi-tech Agriculture Development and Investment Joint Stock Company.
With the basis of applying digital transformation in management, creating a transparent, constantly adapting and professional learning environment, this will create a driving force for the development of VINASEED. This is a very important step to create a premise for a synchronous digital transformation in 2024.
In order to successfully implement the Project, VINASEED takes human factor as the center, so it will invest in skilled and determined to change habits human resources, build a new cultural environment and a learning environment, transparency - cooperation and continuous innovation are the keys to the success of the Project. By now, VINASEED has prepared, along with FPT IS, to make VINASEED the first company in Vietnam's seed industry to apply technology, utilize digital management and run a comprehensive business.
