Vietnam's rice exports exceeded the 4 billion USD mark for the first time.

According to the General Department of Customs, in the first half of November, Vietnam's rice exports reached 332 thousand tons, worth 219 million USD. Overall, from January 1 to November 15, the country's rice exports reached 7.37 million tons, worth 4,155 billion USD.

Behind the Philippines is the Indonesian market, accounting for over 14% of total rice volume and total turnover in the first 10 months of the year, reaching nearly 1.03 million tons, equivalent to 554.63 million USD, a sharp increase of 1.710% in volume and 1.908% in turnover compared to the same period in 2022.

The third largest market is China, reaching 883,967 tons, worth 510.63 million USD, up 16.7% in volume, and up 33.4% in turnover over the same period.
