Through the connecting of “the four factions”: farmers, cooperatives - logistics, supply chains - suppliers, exporters, consumption promotion centres - financiers, banks, insurance, Vietnam Post will engage in all stages from instructing the people to approach exchange platforms, consulting products to achieve the highest efficiency when supplying to the market, bringing the best value for the people, avoiding supply surplus leading to a price decrease.
