VIETNAM EXPO 2025 - Connecting trade promotion and green economic development

VIETNAM EXPO 2025, with the main theme “Accompanying businesses in the digital age”, promises to bring a breath of new technology to the longest-standing trade promotion event in Vietnam.

In his opening speech, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan said: "In 2025, the Vietnamese Government has set a target of increasing the total domestic budget (GDP) to at least 8%, up from the previous forecast of 6.5% to 7%, promoting trade promotion activities, effectively exploiting signed free trade agreements (FTAs), promoting new FTAs ​​with potential markets".

With the goal of becoming a modern industrialized country by 2030 and a developed, high-income country by 2045, Vietnam considers science, technology, and innovation as the golden key, a vital factor for development.

Additionally, Vietnam will focus on developing the digital economy, innovation and green transformation, not only for sustainable development but also to improve the business environment along with enhance national competitiveness in the context of globalization and rapid changes in the world economy.

According to Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Anatoly Sivak, he affirmed that Vietnam has a leading position in Southeast Asia and this is clearly demonstrated through the number and presence of hundreds of delegations and international businesses participating in this year's event. Specifically, the 34th Vietnam international trade fair brings together over 400 businesses exhibiting at 500 booths from 18 countries and territories.

"VIETNAM EXPO 2025 will introduce the best products not only made in Vietnam but also from many countries and territories, including the Republic of Belarus," said Mr. Anatoly Sivak.

The Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus hopes that VIETNAM EXPO 2025 will be an unmissable opportunity for businesses wishing to reach out to international markets and expand trade relations. Participating in this event is not only a trading opportunity, but also an important step in the sustainable development strategy of each business.

The event is a trusted destination for trade promotion organizations from many countries and territories around the world such as Algeria, Cambodia, the Republic of Belarus, Cuba, Korea, Laos, Myanmar, Nepal and China. In addition, VIETNAM EXPO 2025 also received positive responses from local investment, trade and tourism promotion centers to organize booths to introduce key export products and high-quality OCOP products to a large number of consumers across the country and international friends.

At the VIETNAM EXPO 2025 fair, Belarus brought a series of typical products, from heavy industrial products to high-quality agricultural products. Notably, the SLUTSK meat-processing plant, established in 1932, is one of the oldest meat processing units in the Republic of Belarus, bringing great resonance for the closed-loop meat production and processing process from slaughtering to product packaging, in a green and sustainable direction.

The representative of the SLUTSK company emphasized that livestock farming is Belarus's strong point. With large areas for grazing and natural grass feeding, Belarusian enterprises ensure the advantage of clean meat with highly competitive product value, including: beef and pork, sausages, semi-finished meat products, edible beef - pork fat, canned meat, plants-based products etc.

The products of the SLUTSK company are equipped with advanced equipment, meet the strict standards of the modern market, and ensure the quality of raw materials.

VIETNAM EXPO 2025 displays key product lines such as the International Pavilion; Vietnam Export & Investment Promotion Pavilion; Electronics, Machinery and Supporting Industry Zone; Digital Technology & E-commerce Zone; and Agricultural Products, Food & Beverage Zone.
