Sharing about this cooperation, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Nghi, Deputy General Director of T&T Group, said that the pharmaceutical park project will help form a production chain of pharmaceutical products from raw materials to finished products. With the advantage of a closed process, large scale, concentration and favorable geographical location, the pharmaceutical industrial park will help companies reduce investment costs, increase production efficiency, and improve competitiveness. From there, helping Vietnam reduce its dependence on imports for important drugs and medical equipment. In addition, pharmaceutical parks also contribute to diversifying production chains, attracting large FDI inflows, promoting technology transfer, developing the pharmaceutical industry and building a pharmaceutical industry ecosystem in Vietnam.
“With the experience of successfully implementing pharmaceutical industrial parks (including the first pharmaceutical industrial park in the world) of Ramky Group, and the reputation and strong potential of T&T Group, in the future, pharmaceutical parks will become a place to attract many famous pharmaceutical companies in the world. Pharmaceutical products produced not only meet domestic demand but are also aimed at exporting to the region. From there, it contributes to making Vietnam a leading pharmaceutical research, development and production center in Southeast Asia and the world," a representative of T&T Group affirmed.
According to a representative of Ramky Group, the establishment of a specialized pharmaceutical industrial park in Vietnam is necessary to ensure autonomy in pharmaceutical supply and develop the country's health care and medical needs. With Ramky Group's experience, technology and resources in development, maintaining industrial infrastructure and a necessary environment for a pharmaceutical park project, Ramky Group wishes to cooperate with T&T Group to implement such a project in Vietnam.
In India, developing specialized pharmaceutical industrial parks is one of the country's strengths, contributing to making India the world's leading drug production center. Since the 90s of the 20th century, India has researched the establishment of pharmaceutical industrial parks and pharmaceutical parks to bring together leading pharmaceutical enterprises from India and the world to focus on production in specialized zones.

This agreement is the result of a process in which the two parties actively learned and researched the project; at the same time, it is also a framework for other cooperation between the two businesses to develop a waste treatment plant.
Accordingly, the two parties will contribute capital to implement the project according to the percentage of ownership shares, equivalent to 50% for each party.
