The Trump Organization cooperates strategically on a 1.5 billion USD project in Hung Yen

The Trump Organization and Hung Yen Hotel Service Joint Stock Company (Hung Yen Company), a subsidiary of the Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC), have just announced strategic cooperation. Accordingly, these two units will cooperate to invest in a project focusing on developing a complex of 5-star hotels, golf courses according to international standards, luxury residential areas, and high-class amenities in Vietnam.

Representatives of the signing parties include: Mr. Nguyen Le Huy, Standing Vice Chairman of the Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Dang Thanh Tam, Chairman of KBC, representing the Hung Yen Investment and Development Corporation; Mr. Charles and Mr. Billy, representing two Investment Funds of the US, IDG and Horitus.

The Trump Organization, one of the world's leading investors in real estate and hotels, stands out with its diverse and large-scale investment portfolio in many countries. The cooperation with Hung Yen Company not only marks an important milestone in expanding international cooperation but also contributes to elevating the region's tourism landscape and promoting sustainable and world-class development.

As a leading infrastructure developer in the industrial park and residential real estate fields, KBC attracts more than 5 billion USD of foreign investment each year, strongly contributing to Vietnam's economic development and promoting the country's modernization and international integration process.

During the trip accompanying General Secretary and President To Lam to attend and speak at the United Nations General Assembly held in New York City (USA), on September 25, 2024, Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huu Nghia witnessed the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee, represented by Standing Vice Chairman of the Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Le Huy, and the investors selected by the Trump Organization, including the Hung Yen Investment and Development Corporation, IDG (Investment Fund of the US), and Horitus (Investment Fund of the US). This cooperation aims to build a high-end, modern, large-scale complex meeting the highest international standards with a total investment capital of about 1.5 billion USD.

The complex includes a VIP golf course system with 54 holes synchronized with high-end resorts and a system of premium villas, providing the most advanced services according to the highest standards of the Trump Organization to serve special events and high-level conferences.

The 54-hole golf course system, according to the Trump Organization’s standards, serves the public and organizes domestic and international tournaments, along with a system of hotels and villas with synchronized services that will create a highlight to attract tourism and accommodation.

Previously, on September 16, leaders of Hung Yen province had a reception and working session with senior leaders of the Trump Organization (USA). Welcoming the delegation at the Provincial People's Committee headquarters, Mr. Tran Quoc Van, Chairman of the Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee, introduced the potentials and advantages of Hung Yen, especially its long-standing cultural tradition, quality labor source, prime geographical location, and convenient transportation.

Hung Yen is strongly developing infrastructure investment projects, especially transportation and industrial parks, industrial clusters, and urban areas.

The Chairman of the Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee wishes the Trump Organization will research plans to invest in the province in the coming time. Hung Yen province always accompanies investors and facilitates administrative procedures for foreign investors to cooperate and develop in the province.

Representatives of the Trump Organization expressed their wish to cooperate and invest in Hung Yen province in the field of building hotels, golf courses, and entertainment complexes, which are the Group's strengths and international brands. At the same time, the Group's representative also suggested Hung Yen province create conditions to participate in the province's new development phase and contribute to promoting the development of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the US.

Welcoming the senior leadership delegation of the Trump Organization at the Provincial Party Committee headquarters, Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huu Nghia introduced the province's long-term economic development planning and orientation. Of which, Hung Yen aims to become a modern industrial province by 2030, with an economic scale and level of development among the leading groups in the country.

The Secretary of Hung Yen Province said the province will create favorable conditions within the legal framework for the Trump Organization to explore and promote investment cooperation. Hung Yen province will assign relevant departments and branches to closely coordinate with central agencies to support the Group in promoting investment in Hung Yen province and achieving the highest efficiency.
