In 2013, after a period of observing the market and learning business experience, Mr. An and his wife established An Phat Science and Technology Company Limited (abbreviated as An Phat Company), located in Tan Lam Huong commune, Thach Ha district. At that time, the Company mainly traded agricultural supplies such as seeds and fertilizers. From 2014 - 2016, the Company started processing rice products such as brown rice nuggets and brown rice tea... However, due to processing, the economic efficiency was not high.

During the production and business process, Mr. An and his wife realized that consumer demand for organic, healthy, and convenient products is increasing while the business deeply processes rice products. In the area of Ha Tinh, they can only be counted on the fingers of one hand, so he and his wife applied to rent land to expand their processing scale.

Receiving support from local authorities at all levels, on an area of nearly 7,000 square meters of land in Phu Viet Industrial Cluster (Viet Tien commune, Thach Ha district), Mr. An invested in a solid factory system with production lines. High-tech processing and packaging equipment for rice, cereal, and nutritional powder products under the brand name "Omega An Phat".

In 2019, An Phat Company bought the copyright of Vinh Hoa 1 herbal rice variety (selected by Vinh Hoa Science and Technology Co., Ltd., Nghe An province) for production in Ha Tinh area. By the end of 2022, the unit will continue associating with farmers in Hong Linh town (Ha Tinh) to build an ST25 organic rice production model on rice fields.

An Phat Company supports 50% of seeds, fertilizers, and technical support, and signs contracts to ensure income for farmers associated with production is 10 - 12% higher than the market. Harvested rice output is collected, processed, and supplied to the market through supermarkets from North to South.

When orders come, to meet customer requirements, in addition to spending money out of pocket to invest in machinery and equipment, with the support of the Ha Tinh Department of Science and Technology, An Phat Company built the project "Research". Research and complete the technological process and equipment production line for processing nutritional powder products from Vinh Hoa 1 herbal rice ingredients in Ha Tinh".

An Phat Company's project is partially supported financially by the Ha Tinh Department of Science and Technology, guiding planning methods, infrastructure design and construction, and installing machinery and equipment systems for product production lines. Nutritional powders include mills, industrial dryers, grain roasters, quantitative screw powder packaging machines... In addition, the Company is also supported in researching and perfecting the process of selecting raw materials, sprouting, processing, mixing, preserving, managing, and announcing the quality of nutritional powder products; Building and registering certification of traceability stamps and product quality...

Share benefits with farmers

Up to this point, An Phat Company has developed 8 products under the brand name "Omega An Phat", including Brown rice flour, nutritional powder, cereal powder; brown rice tea, brown rice tea bags; Garlic brown rice nuggets, seaweed brown rice nuggets and ST25 organic rice from Hong Linh rice field.

Of these, 3 products have been OCOP certified; 2 products certified as typical rural industrial products at the provincial level; 1 product was certified as a regional industrial product in 2022; 1 product is being evaluated for certification as a typical national rural industrial product and 1 product has achieved the first organic rice certification in Ha Tinh.

With the advantage of being knowledgeable in the marketing field, Mr. Le Van An has brought the Company's products to major supermarkets in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Nghe An, and even participated in some products on display. Introduced to foreign markets, average revenue in the last 3 years reached VND 10 - 15 billion/year.
