'Thai Nguyen Tea' trademark officially protected in 6 countries

(VAN) On May 9, Thai Nguyen Farmers Association and Department of Science and Technology announced that 'Thai Nguyen Tea' collective trademark is protected in Russia, Japan and Korea.

Consequently, at the present, the "Thai Nguyen Tea" collective trademark has been officially protected in 6 countries globally, namely the US, Taiwan, Russia, Japan, Korea and China.

Therefore, building and developing the "Thai Nguyen Tea" collective brand in markets with export potential is a necessary and practical requirement at the present. This work enables Thai Nguyen tea to avoid increasing commercial and civil competition in foreign markets. Meanwhile, Thai Nguyen tea products are facing many challenges in terms of intellectual property.
