TH true TEA and TH true MILK win Vietnam Gold Farming Branch

Two product lines - TH true MILK fresh milk and TH true TEA natural tea - won the Vietnam Gold Framing Brand. The TH Food Chain Joint Stock Company (TH Group) was also named as “Typical Enterprise for Sustainable Agriculture and Rural Development 2021” at the ceremony on January 9, 2022.

This is the seventh year that the Vietnam General Association of Agriculture and Rural Development has organised the vote “Vietnam Gold Farming Brand” and “Typical Enterprises for Sustainable Agricultural and Rural Development.”

According to the vote organiser, due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the survey and voting process was prolonged compared to the ones of previous years. After nearly eight months of surveying, from 538 agricultural products across Vietnam, 119 typical products are selected to honor as the golden brand.

To recognise the contributions of businesses to the agricultural industry, especially in the difficult context of the pandemic, the programme also honored ten typical enterprises for sustainable agricultural and rural development in 2021.

The Voting Council assesses that the products that have won the Vietnam Gold Farming Brand have high quality and practical value. They are clean products, meeting food safety and hygiene requirements and have potential for development. In particular, some products have been honored for many consecutive years, such as TH true MILK fresh milk.

Launched in 2009, TH true MILK is a brand that has created a revolution of fresh milk industry in the Vietnamese market by pioneering the application of high technology in agriculture, combined with Vietnamese wisdom and natural resources.

Currently, TH true MILK accounts for about 45% of the market share in the fresh milk segment in Vietnam.

To get the best milk, TH has applied the most modern technologies in the world, including a chip for each dairy cow. This smart device helps detect mastitis up to four days in advance, cows that may have mastitis will be separated from the herd to stop milking. In addition, this technology also helps detect the time of estrus, the amount of antibiotic residues of each cow. As a result, TH true MILK fresh milk ensures the criteria of “fresh” and “clean” as positioning of this brand in the market.

With a $1.2 billion dairy farming and milk processing project in Nghe An, TH Group has made its mark with a closed process from pasture to glass of milk and the largest high-tech dairy farm in Asia since 2015. By 2020, TH continues to achieve the record of the world’s largest high-tech concentrated farm cluster with the world’s largest closed process, confirmed by the World Records Union.

Currently, TH true MILK accounts for about 45% of the market share in the fresh milk segment in Vietnam, expanding the market to China and ASEAN countries. The brand continues to expand globally with the project of a high-tech dairy farm in Russia with a total investment of $2.7 billion.

Along with TH true MILK, TH Group has the second product to be honored with the Vietnam Gold Farming Brand - TH true TEA natural tea. The product set including lemon green tea and oolong tea, which has just been launched in August 2021, has confirmed the quality with all-natural ingredients and the world’s leading modern process, leaving a good impression on consumers.

TH true TEA raw materials meet strict standards of input quality, ensuring VietGAP production standards. It is a type of tea like Shan Tuyet tea in Ha Giang and tea grown in Moc Chau – Son La grown in the famous highlands of Vietnam at an altitude of 700-1,000 meters with a characteristic aroma and many good health benefits.

The water used for TH true TEA is taken from a million-year-old volcanic underground water source at Nui Tien – Nghe An. The water is filtered and treated with modern UF and reverse osmosis technology.
