Therefore, businesses had to take various measures to solve the situation such as coordinating with departments, agencies to reduce prices, issuing promotion sales including “buying one get one free”... so that eggs can reach each person and residential area for consumption.

"During the pandemic, even though the price of raw materials increased, we were determined to stabilize the market so that to help people and the city’s authority fight the pandemic," said Huan.

With nearly 2,000 employees at San Ha's supply chains, factories, and offices in Long An Province and HCM City, the "3-on-site" model makes it face many difficulties. “When implementing such model in Long An, the factory encountered problems due to so many F0 cases resulting in a shortage of workers…

However, the company also benefit much from the implementation of such a “3-on-site” model because it had helped review all of their production process and activities, thereby adjusting and correcting so as not to lead to panic, but confidently facing challenges," Ha said.

Speaking about the preparation of supplies for the upcoming Lunar New Year, the Director of San Ha Co., Ltd. said the company has set up a plan since before. Now, the enterprise only has to review it carefully and accelerate production ensuring sufficient supply for Tet according to the scheduled plan, as well as the actual market needs, in the context of safe conditions adapting to the pandemic.

According to the plan, every day, San Ha provides about 150-200 tons of products of all kinds of goods. However, Ms. Ha is most concerned about the shortage of unskilled labor to operate and prepare for Tet goods. "In the near future, San Ha will invest in some modern machinery, so the company in Long An is very eager to find workers," said Ha.

Regarding the price of goods during Tet, Ha said, despite pressures from increased input costs, the company will try to balance so that to share difficulties with customers and will ensure adequate supply of goods without an increase in product prices.
