The https://htx.cooplink.com.vn/ site has two primary functions: (1) registering focal locations to SUPPLY/SELL agricultural goods (for Sale). (2) Become a subscriber to get information from the focal source (for Buy).

The Center for Cooperative Economics (CCD) and the School of Management for Agriculture and Rural Development II now administer the site. Dr. Tran Minh Hai, Director of CCD, is a MARD's Working Group 970, responsible for direct management. Telephone: 0986 118 118.

The website, which has a similar layout to Excel software, allows for sorting by product name, average volume, buying price, delivery point price, anticipated production, and expected delivery date.

The site's search features include the ability to search by cooperative, company, or product type, as well as by posting date.

By 10 a.m. today, July 28, the website received more than 50 lists of information from cooperatives and businesses seeking to market their agricultural goods. The data is updated regularly.

Along with these two functions, the website includes Sending information about focus areas for agricultural products and commodities to registered customers automatically. Provide vendors with buyer information. Assistance with order connections. Maintain an up-to-date list of news articles published in the Vietnam Agriculture Newspaper. Reporting - analysis - data on the number of hints used to provide products to leaders. Analyzed output by province and industry. Share positive experiences in your neighborhood.

MARD's Working Group 970 will continue to develop more features to link supply and demand, including breeding and agricultural supplies.

To alleviate problems in the supply, circulation, and distribution of agricultural goods, the Working Group 970 requested assistance from industry leaders for the website's notification to units in the region.

Individuals, companies, cooperatives, and others involved in the supply of agricultural products and commodities are encouraged to create an account at the following web address: https://htx.cooplink.com.vn/. This will serve as the foundation for the Working Group, headed by Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Tran Thanh Nam, to get a better understanding of the current state of production, supply, and demand for products, seeds, and materials in southern provinces and towns.

The project was suggested during the Working Group 970's first deployment to the Southern regions, at a time of peak social distancing order implementation in 19 southern provinces and cities.

Working Group 970's initial approach was collecting registration information and publishing it in the Vietnam Agriculture publication. After a week of deployment, this approach has shown positive results, enabling many cooperatives and companies to connect.
