Mr. Clemens Tan - General Director of Japfa Vietnam, stated: “This project will address the needs of the Northern and North Central markets, while also generating employment opportunities for many local workers. Combined with our existing facilities in Hoa Binh and Thai Binh, we aim to achieve a total animal feed production capacity of one million tons in the North”.

As a key strategic investment, Japfa Vietnam has equipped the factory with advanced production lines and cutting-edge technologies. These include automatic drying systems, extrusion machines, pellet machines, and robotic arms. Notably, Expander machines are applied to improve operating efficiency by up to 20%. This technique involves the complete cooking of starches at high temperatures then combines with moisture to enhance protein conversion and product digestibility. Furthermore, the company has integrated environmental protection solutions to reduce carbon emissions at the factory.
