We have gone through the difficult time of real estate market but in the toughest times, persistence, proactive changes and adaptation of the real - estate business community are still found. Real estate businesses have been everyday dedicated to creating living values, making a worthy contribution to the development of the country’s economy.
To identity new opportunities and impetus from the real estate market, professional real estate developers, reputable urban areas, projects… in the market, in December 2020, the Vietnam Real Estate Online Magazine and the Vietnam Real Estate Research Institute organized the 2020 -2021 Leading Brand in Vietnamese Real Estate Market Voting Program from 500,000 readers of Reatimes.vn and the direct, independent and objective voting board, including 150 journalists in economic, construction and real estate fields; 30 experts in the economic, law, planning, architecture, construction and real estate fields.
With an aim to honoring excellent brands which are leading the real estate market, at the same time analyzing the overview picture, updating developments and estimates from macro perspective to the movement of each market segment, real - estate products in the coming time; accompanying with businesses to identify obstacles and barriers that need to be cleared for the breakthrough of the market, under the direction and sponsorship of the Vietnam Real Estate Association, the Vietnam Real Estate Online Magazine (REATIMES) and the Vietnam Real Estate Research Institute organized the Honoring Ceremony of 2020 - 2021 Leading Read Estate Brands and the first Spring Real Estate Seminar.
Along with the effective control of Covid-19, the flow of FDI into Vietnam and economic recovery will be a strong motivation for real estate market recovery. Given situation that exports will increase thanks to signed trade agreements, tourism will soon recover, foreign investors are allowed to return Vietnam as well as financial policies and macroeconomic and microeconomic policies will be flexibly adjusted, all will contribute and play as a momentum to heat up the real estate market.
Especially, 2021 will be a successful year for real estate projects in heath and healthcare industry as well as large - scale tourism infrastructure development projects.
In 2021, the Vietnam Real Estate Online Magazine turns 5 years old - a pivotal year for the implementation of substantial and strong restructuring in all aspects; focus on increasing the emotion and inspiration for the quality of work towards greater aspirations in the development of the content and brands; build a more proactive, transparent and effective system.
