In order to bring products that are "clean from vegetables, fresh from taste", is a process of "pampering" and meticulous care by the hardworking technicians at WinEco farm. Although the work is hard, but the staffs and employees here are always happy, excited, and enthusiastic about working to maximize the quantity of goods and ensure clean food is brought to consumers.
Every day, the working session of hard-working technicians at the WinEco bell pepper farm starts at 6:00 a.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m., with a total working hour of 8 hours/day. Even though they are busy at work, the technicians here always have happy smiles on their faces. "Taking care of plants and harvesting fruits and vegetables to bring fresh products to customers, I find every day meaningful" - a technician at WinEco said.
At WinEco farms, there are many production workers from many provinces and cities coming to work. WinEco farms not only provide clean fruit and vegetable products to consumers, but the farms also contribute to improving the lives of ethnic minorities in remote areas.
According to the Director of WinEco Lac Duong farm, each staff and member of WinEco farm always uses professional knowledge, experience and gives love and meticulous care to each vegetables and fruits "child" . WinEco always wants to create a high-tech farm that not only bring clean plant varieties with the best quality and nutrition to consumers but also provide the "happiest" working environment for WinEco staffs and employees.
WinEco owns 14 farms spread across the country, providing about 150 types of vegetables and fruits to 3,500 WinMart, WinMart+, and WiN supermarkets. WinEco's fruit and vegetable products all meet VietGAP, Organic and GlobalGAP standards when applying the Japanese self-growing process - a different production process that strictly implements "3 controls" right from the beginning of production and "4 no" at the output of the product.
