The goal of TPM is to maximize equipment performance to improve production productivity while increasing workers' awareness and job satisfaction. TPM goes through 5 evaluation levels: Excellence, Consistency, Special, Advance and World Class.
On the list to receive the TPM 2023 award are companies from many countries around the world such as France, Italy, China, India, Japan, Brazil...
Binh Duong Animal Feed Factory started implementing TPM in 2013. In 2018, the factory won the Level 1 award: Excellence Award and in 2023, the factory was honoured to win the Consistency Award (Level 2 award).
Representative C.P. Vietnam, led by Mr Chaiwut Mekhora, Senior Deputy General Director, and the board of directors were honoured to go on stage to receive this prestigious award.
This award is the effort of the factory's staff and the support and companionship of the company's leadership and TPM staff. This is also the first animal feed factory of C.P. Vietnam in particular, and Vietnam in general, to win this award.
In the next stage, Binh Duong Animal Feed Factory will continue to develop TPM activities towards the TPM award at level 3 - Special Award, focusing on differentiating JIPM's TPM activities to maximize plant performance, minimize production costs, Achieving 3 Zero (Zero Accident - Zero Defect - Zero Breakdown) to increase the company's competitiveness in the market, helping the company develop sustainably.
