On this occasion, the Ninh Thuan Farmers' Association and Felix Technology Solutions Joint Stock Company also signed a memorandum of understanding for a cooperation program to support members, businesses, cooperatives, and farmer enterprises in getting their products onto the B2B agricultural e-commerce platform (Felix.store), connecting trade, domestic consumption, and export activities for the period 2024-2028.
The signing aims to promote the development and expansion of domestic and export consumption of Ninh Thuan's agricultural products through the e-commerce channel.

The goal is to achieve over 5,000 accounts annually, with an average target of 80 accounts per commune, ward, or township, and at least 1-2 suppliers with products listed on the platform, starting from 2025.
Currently, the Ninh Thuận Farmers' Association has 49,850 members, with 14,568 members recognized as outstanding producers and businesspeople in 2024. These are the groups that the local chapters will focus on promoting after the agreement is signed.
