Mr. Hoang Hai Minh, Thue Thien – Hue provincial authority, said that although regional agriculture has made considerable strides in recent years, it continues to confront a number of constraints and deficiencies, including a lack of sustainability and a lack of competitive capacity. Particularly, the use of modern technologies is limited, while organic agriculture is conscientious but ineffective.
