(VAN) Seafood exports in the first six months of 2023 decreased by 27.4% over the same period in 2022. This field is expected to grow in the last six months, but many difficulties still exist.
(VAN) Shrimp is Vietnam’s seafood with the largest export value. However, shrimp exports suffered the strongest decline in the first half of this year. What about exports in the last six months of the year?
(VAN) After a record-breaking year in 2022 with USD 11 billion in seafood exports, the industry has experienced a significant decline this year. Total value of seafood exports will reach approximately USD 9 billion.

(VAN) The difficulties caused by Covid-19 have led to concerns about not meeting the plan to export seafood. But, in 2021, the seafood industry has unexpected results when exporting value reached nearly US$ 9 billion.
(VAN) Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Phung Duc Tien believed the fishery sector will complete the goals set for the year 2021 gaining export value of US$8.8 billion.
(VAN) With a steady growth since 2020, Russia has become one of Vietnam's 10 largest shrimp importers in the first half of this year.
